1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our shipping carrier's website. Shipping times and cost can vary depending on the carrier chosen during checkout. All items will be shipped 30-45 days after purchase. Please note - all sales are final and shall not be available for charge backs if you are contacted between this time with the status of your package/item.

2. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but we do not accept returns at the moment. All sales are final per Arius Juan's Policy. 3. Do you offer international shipping?

4. How do I determine the right size for me?

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We buy materials the next day after an order has been placed making it very difficult to modify or cancel orders. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. While we cannot guarantee changes/cancels after an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
